Set your Signal metrics and Bearings for the quarter. Owners, definitions of done, and what scoring looks like at the end. The system starts here.

Weekly sessions
90 minutes every week. Signal first, Bearings check, then issues work. Every session ends with written decisions and owners.

Issues between sessions
Anything blocking you goes on the issues list. Each one runs the Root Protocol: find The Root, build the solve, assign it, say it back.

Quarterly close
Score every Bearing. Honest accounting of what got done and what didn’t. Set next quarter’s priorities if renewing.

CenterlineOS access
Full platform access for the quarter. Signal dashboard, Bearings tracker, issues list, AI-generated agendas. All included. Stays live after the engagement ends.
